Armonia is one of the latest projects of The Land Developments in The New Administrative Capital. It’s located in R7 on a central axis parallel to the axis of Bin Zayed.
The project is only 800 meters from the Diplomatic Quarter and also a few meters between it and the British / Swedish and Russian University
The Armonia project has a distinct design supervised by the office of Engineer Raef Fahmy, who has previously implemented a group of huge and famous projects throughout Egypt, and is implemented in the form of a “park” to address the “A” segment of the New Administrative Capital’s clients. For each building to have the same distinct level of nature and landscape scenes, the services in the project were also divided in a different and distinctive way.
